Too bad SEC won't be able to act too swiftly.

SEC needs to embrace the "digital revolution"!

Laws are too antiquated and work too slow.

However, their new "Whistleblower" protection, that offers REWARDS is a nice start!

After he mentioned to me that he was going to report the issue to the authorities last night, I gave him the information for both the SEC regional office in Denver and the SEC regional office in Forth Worth.

He told me he emailed both of those offices and that he also filed a complaint on the SEC complaint website.

I suggested to him that he call the Denver office on Monday (USA time) and that he post something on his website regarding the issue.

It sounded like he was going to call on Monday, but I'm not sure if he will decide to to the website thing or not.

He seems like a very nice gentleman and I'm sure all the phone calls and emails have been frustrating.

Should prove to be an interesting week for SAEI given the fraudulent use of a geologist's name and company.

Dude...It is the weekend everywhere now. Lets just say he calls the SEC. It will be 6 months before they even get through initial investigation. By then I would have sold for around 5 bucks.
