After he mentioned to me that he was going to report the issue to the authorities last night, I gave him the information for both the SEC regional office in Denver and the SEC regional office in Forth Worth.

He told me he emailed both of those offices and that he also filed a complaint on the SEC complaint website.

I suggested to him that he call the Denver office on Monday (USA time) and that he post something on his website regarding the issue.

It sounded like he was going to call on Monday, but I'm not sure if he will decide to to the website thing or not.

He seems like a very nice gentleman and I'm sure all the phone calls and emails have been frustrating.
