I think that what makes most sense here is that MNTA is planning to initially go it alone on 118 - something Rockrat first suggested on the MNTA board on SI. FOB's are not yet ripe in my view - need to wait for the final FDA guidance before embarking on an expensive program.
If this turns out to be correct I suspect the market will not like it much.
