Sounds seriously promising to me - assuming that is what the Judge said.

We'll see soon enough.

After hearing the brain-dead dudes who supposedly crafted the POS POR rave about it's features and benefits I think THJMW is willing to consider the plan as the POS which it is.

The two focus areas were chosen as the areas in which the support was weakest for the POS. Of course there are many other areas of concern, but THJMW doesn't need to know about all of them to deny their plan.

And, as Fsshon said:
"Just because the Examiner did not want to affect his law firms future business and survivability, does not mean the EC will stand down when it comes to the settling parties."

The fight is going full court, as if 3am filings hasn't all ready taken it there.

I hear her say that quote and there was emphasis on think. She almost seemed to catch herself and was toning down by the end of the word 'think' was my recollection. But there was a definitive emphasis there that stopped me from working for a second.

Here's the transcribed words from that exchange (from SideDraft's snippet).

I've listened to it several times and I don't feel she is implying her intentions one way or the other on approval. I got it was a procedural matter that she wants all information be submitted for her consideration.

Rosen: Uh, Your Honor, I ...

Judge: It would be helpful to the Court that if you're asking me to consider entering your confirmation order that I know the ...

Rosen: Absolutey, Your Honor, I'm ..

Judge: ... overall terms of all the settlements ...

Rosen: Will do.

Judge: ... and all the terms of the plan that you think is being approved.

I believe this statement is being taken out of context. In my opinion, it followed a reference to plan approval. Not sure.

I heard that also. That was near verbatim for what she said.
