No. For the simple reason that nothing is official yet....the company can't very well PR ongoing negotiations now can they? Good GOD man.....could you imagine the flack they would get by doing that? No. The company is doing the right thing. And releasing everything that is pertinent and factual.

Like the last PR which indicated their actions in submitting the application and the results of the stack test, and what they will do when that permit is approved

It's up to others to interpret what that means....to their heart's content.........z

The question can be relative to inquirer's portfolio...

investors must constantly inquire of a state agency for status updates when such should be forthcoming from the company as a regular process of investor relations

.
There are other companies and message boards, call them more relaxed (since the one in mind had zero posts today while the stock value closed up at $318.15) and those aren't expecting daily updates of minutia. Part of the difference between the two is that the other board primarily represents long term investors and not day to day stock shufflers, while this one's (relative and number of) posts are more reflective presently of shufflers.

To the grit of the question...

Don't you find it disturbing that investors must constantly inquire...for status updates

What? Is that a new IHub rule?

Not too disturbing no. We all knew that the permit/production are imminent from the latest filing. What, you want them to say again today that the permit is imminent? Wouldn't it be more likely that JBII would announce it when its issued?
