Not too disturbing no. We all knew that the permit/production are imminent from the latest filing. What, you want them to say again today that the permit is imminent? Wouldn't it be more likely that JBII would announce it when its issued?

Don't you find it disturbing that investors must constantly inquire of a state agency for status updates when such should be forthcoming from the company as a regular process of investor relations?
