Actually, for the record, letters to the court are supposed to be ex parte and are not to be admitted. We're darned lucky they are, and they are causing the reactions we are seeing. What I hope does not happen is for the judge to decide, mid course, to determine them to be ex parte and stop them being admitted on the docket.

I respect you disagreeing with me. But I have my reasons for how I feel. And why I feel, given the circumstances, that a smaller number, of targeted legal letters, is better.

Amen DON and did you know that 80% of all business owners are not college educated? We are the risk takers that the degrees work for. Yes if you want to write a letter to the judge I would do exactly that because at the end of the day you do not want to think I should have done more. Oh... and the first thing a FTO Field Training Officer will tell you when you becaome a cop is forget that sh@t you learned in the academy it will get you killed.

i agree with fsshon...
you will recall that there is a boy that has owned wamu stock since age 10 and he's owned it for 3 years. jake writes to judge mary every so often and even sent her a copy of a wamu asset list he got off the internet, as he knows she doesnt have one. he told her to share it with brian rosen too.

sometimes it takes something down to earth, like a kid in grade school, to make big wigs everywhere to wake up and smell the roses....are you listening sheila and jamie????....to see how they affect the lives of big and small americans.....rich, poor, educated or being educated.

This is still a free society as far as I can tell. Our Fist Amendment rights are still intact until further notice.

Don,

I more than agree with you, this is my personal belief as well. After spending much time and efforts receiving contiious education in a variety of educational institutions including colleges...I can say that the best school and the most expensive one is - THE SCHOOL OF LIFE. If you fail the exams there it is at your own cost and you would not want to make the same mistake twice.

On the letters, I do think that people should make their feelings known to the judge. Ovet time this becomes heavy and while polished letters are a pleasant reading the simple ones could help crystalize a judgement. You do not need one hundred considerations on this case, they may come in later - you simply need the judge to answer the ultimate question - IS THIS WRIGHT or IS THIS WRONG ? Then the rest is easy. I honestly do hope that she will find the strength to do the right thing, not just for the shareholders, but in the grand schema of things for the country.
