I totally disagree not only with you Rockie, but Catz too. If someone wants to write a letter to the court, they do not need to go take a 1 year paralegal course to do so. What a person needs to do is put their story into the best grammar and composition they can and push forth on the belief that the Judge is not a snooty SOB type Judge who only reads letters from Lawyers. What I don't understand is why anyone would object to a shareholder voicing an opinion to the court in paper form. Letters are meant to be emotional, personal and transpired in a person's "form and manner."

I have a problem with so-called "educated" people trying to tell so-called/projected "uneducated" people they can not voice an opinion or conjecture in their own way. Courts do not expect every person who comes before them to have a law degree, they are judged accordingly not by their skills, but the precedent of the case and their testimony. Now that courts use "case law" precedent instead of constitutional directives, we need to quote as such.

THJMW does want to hear from the lawyers in this case, that gets boring. For all you and Catz know, she may lay in bed at night with her laptop reading her docket. I am sure this is the largest docket she has ever had and she is well aware of the reprecussions in each way of the outcomes in this case

Bair writes an article "today" about investor confidence being eroded, this case will kill investor confidence if she gets her way. She's the biggest hypocrit in the industry, because it was her erroneous, colluded, corrupted actions that wiped out kids college tutition funds, grandma's retirement, young couple's downpayment on homes, families generational savings etc.. etc..

So don't come on here and tell the board they can not and should write letters to the court, unless they are composed by an attorney or paralegal. No I have a feeling this Judge reads her docket and reads the letters, so I say "keep em coming" and don't let Catz, Rockie or anyone else stop your feelings, because Judges do have hearts..

Rockie just because you may consider yourself an educated man or woman, the stock market is open to any individual who would like to invest their money in the stock of their choosing. Some of them were invested through their companies 401k's (non-control)etc....

For some reason it is the educated man that always tries to tell the uneducated (no college degree)man what they can or can not do and what they should or should not do, just because someone has a degree and can frame a sentence in their "own-minds-perfect-form" does not mean they are any better than the other man. It just means they were taught more by way of books and professors than the other guy. What I have learned is college only teaches books, real-life teaches experience, something a school of "higher learning" will never provide.

So take your post and ???? Of course [noone] believes I am being sarcastic, no this is a real feeling I have for the "ed-u-ma-cated" sorts. Just because you may have a piece of paper on the wall, does not make you any better than the guy who could not afford one or have the resources to get one. I believe in people's abilities, not their damn paper!! I'v met many "ed-u-ma-cated" sorts that are just plain dumb and I wonder "How the Hell did they get through school."

Now I hope you get my drift and will apologize to the board for your "gross-negligence" "snooty" post..
