and CD's are limited by a time frame, it is doubtful that that term was one month. Why do you post a slanted definition/explanation here for those who are unaware? Most CD's are not death spiral financing, and it is plausible(though I would agree not likely) that a vendor would accept a CD as payment. Why you trying so hard over a rather small issue orange, I thought you held shares now... are you looking to get more?

Fetter I really knew the cost was small. But its not like any other filing where you can get it of the computer. It does take time to get. And no one ever bothered to get it before 2003.
The problem is that we were told by Jim Stock that a vendor wanted to get paid in stock. YES JIM told that to me also on the phone. Than when we get this filing its a CD. I had someone E Mail JS about this and he said Dont believe what you read on the RB only believe PRs and SEC filings. SEC filings said CD. JS told me on phone last month its for a vendor. I just dont like being lied to.
Yes fetter l own 8.5 million shares. And yes the time limit on a REGDEX is one year. Again l do not like to be lied to. I am down to one more post so l answered your 2 with this one. One more thing JS changes stories from week to week And he is a double talker. I have given examples before. OH yes and posters love to hear good DD Most come from JS so you figure it out how good is that DD
