not true regarding the previous REGDEX, most who have been folowing closely this past year and had any interest have read it on the PF board.
... and I was refering to the fact that CD's are convertible at a future date(thus my comment that it's not likely that that date was less than a month), not the limitations of a REGDEX filing being used within a year. CD's are used in lieu of any other form of collateral, the shares are the collateral and sometimes the loan is paid off and shares are never issued ( I truely doubt this is Fayiz's intent though)... as I've stated before we don't know and aren't likely to ever know the terms of this filing. Why do you continue to spin everything in the most negative light based solely on YOUR suspicion, still not over the fact you were burned on the RS? I suspect you know nothing more than the rest of us...
