"Accordingly, I still think that F&J made a very serious, costly, negligent, and easily avoidable error in their mishandling of the vacatur and settlement. And, in the motion to vacate, F&J also mishandled the statement to the court about no other interested parties. These were not small mistakes with little consequences; the first was a huge mistake with monumental ramifications to IDCC. "
Could you at least admit one very big flaw in your entire management and lawyer bashing? Do you think you have all the information available to make a fully informed decision? Is it at all possible that from the outside with the limited information we have available, that maybe, just maybe, this very highly regarded law firm had a very justifiable reason to settle as they did? Can you at least admit that you don't have all the information available to really judge how and why F&J did what they did?
Maybe this reason is their ace in the whole that we have yet to see and being on the outside you just don't have all the information in which to make a fully informed judgement and yet you continue to do so day after day, week after week, month after month. We know how you feel and you could be right, but just as likely, actually IMO more likely, you could be wrong as to your opinion of F&J.
