Food for thought:

The MSFT ruling may be the force pusing the market toward 1380 on Monday. Of course this is just before the election.

If MSFT were running today we would already have broken through the resistence levels.

It's the nine hold out states that are the worry. And earlier in the week there were reports MSFT already wasn't bothering to play by the rules. If the judge doesn't hit them hard, it will just be a green light for them to do whatever that want.
