Unless the judge does something totally outrageous, like lets MSFT off completely and slaps a restraining order on Scott McNealy so he can't talk down Bill Gates anymore, I don't think the states are going to get much more mileage out of the MSFT case. I think there will be some more legal wrangling after today, over details given that the judge is likely to tweak the settlement some, but I find it hard to imagine that MSFT will still have the looming threat over it after today's decision.
I could be wrong: I'm no legal expert, I don't know anything about the judge, and I haven't followed the case since the settlement was put before the judge, but this whole episode just feels like yesterday's news. The browser wars!
