I'm surprised MSFT is holding so weak: I'd have expected a buy-the-news rally to start sometime today. What could the judge do that would actually be seen as a negative in this market? Gotta remember that MSFT gave heavily to Bush and the GOP these last two election cycles, so they should be getting kid-gloves treatment.
