It's like déjà vu... reading this board seems oddly familiar... something to do with sponges. Just because it will come off suspension doesn't mean it's legit. They almost all come off suspension, both legit AND scams.

I don't believe any stock has received the 10 day suspension and NOT opened on the greys. That is the process. It's not negotiable. That is why the SEC won't suspend a stock unless they have evidence of wrong doing OR the company refuses to adequately provide information requested by the SEC. One of these events has occurred. EIGH is done.
