Odd that anyone would assume it to be fraud when clearly it is because the stock has been suspended until the 18th.

I don't like it at all, but what will they say when the stock opens back up in the pinks on the 18th? At that point it's going to be hard to call EIGH anything but a legit company and a legit stock. And considering that EIGH has put in PR's that there their stock is being manipulated by a large short position the SEC basically has no choice but to look into it, which I am sure they would want to do anyway.

Knowing that and seeing it open back up on the pinks on the 18th will certainly confirm some things that many still maintain as real issue here. Then what will people have to say?
