Brad - I have tried to explain the likely causes of FTDs to a few on the board here. Since it does not fit their 'agenda' they clearly have no use for facts and FTDs.. Adanac however does get it, yet seems to be more convinced that the shorts are causing this activity that the other regular trades and unregs...we debated it to a draw- his view vs. mine and that is where we leave things. I have no hard evidence to dispute his 10bill short theory - he has no evidence to show that the company is not dumping unregistered shares through a dirty TA.
It is very clear to me though that there is no longer a short, a need for a short or attempts to short this at this level- however, it does make for some fun posting to claim such things
