Hey Mediaguy. Finally found the definition of an "affiliate". As soon as any shareholder files a 13-D, they become an affiliate. As of October 5, 2010 and according to the Cornell Law Schools definitions page, an affiliate is as follows:

(1) Affiliate
The term “affiliate” of a company means any company, 5 percent or more of the outstanding voting securities of which are owned, controlled, or held with power to vote, directly or indirectly, by such company.
