If they have never filed ANYTHING with the SEC I doubt they would report it anyhow. Funny in all their pr's - at the bottom they put in the disclosure "For a more complete description of these and other risk factors that may affect the future performance of 8000 Inc. see "Risk Factors" in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB and its other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. "
They did the same thing on the other shell pr's as well - Medify/Petel now GLWK. I assume it is the same guy writing the PR's. Probably Bryant.
