If they have never filed ANYTHING with the SEC I doubt they would report it anyhow.
Funny in all their pr's - at the bottom they put in the disclosure

They did the same thing on the other shell pr's as well - Medify/Petel now GLWK. I assume it is the same guy writing the PR's. Probably Bryant.
