This pargraph from the article you linked points out something I've said about PEPR many times.

I've found 19 entities of touting the same gas play. Interesting that the piece also says Kueber has been promoting stocks for 2 decades. I found 3 failed Pinks he was CEO of.

When I do DD on a pink I try and learn all I can to see if any of the IDENTIFIED principles have a pink scam history. Phil Kueber has a very wide Pink slime trail.
