A good find pennybaby. I wish US regulators were as aggressive toward stock scams as are Canadian regulators.

This pargraph from the article you linked points out something I've said about PEPR many times.

" Pepper Rock was trading at 22 cents. Mahaffey set a target price of $3.75, which was extremely aggressive considering that Pepper Rock's assets consisted of an option on a well-recycled natural-gas play in Texas.""

I've found 19 entities of touting the same gas play. Interesting that the piece also says Kueber has been promoting stocks for 2 decades. I found 3 failed Pinks he was CEO of.

When I do DD on a pink I try and learn all I can to see if any of the IDENTIFIED principles have a pink scam history. Phil Kueber has a very wide Pink slime trail.
