there is no 40 million. this company probably makes less then 100k a year.

This whole thing was played out by professional scammers. they made this increase big with the offer of a divdend. created a restricted holding period so they could unload millions of shares to neive rookies and then declared no dividend once they unloaded.

Monk and his team probably made a coupld million off idiots who were buying thinking they were getting a big dividend.

i was here well before this so called new company somehow took it over from the old ceo and the Cannonball 8000 deal with the crooked ceo and his exotic rides..has bs written all over it and has since the get go imo..

I'm still holding too, but the announcement isn't just a letdown, it was inexcusable. If they can lie about a divy, they can no longer be trusted, period. I no longer trust any news they put out. I no longer trust Monk, and that is the worst part of it. My faith in his integrety has been destroyed. The $0.10 divy was my proof of this company and in everything Monk stood for. It has turned out to be a SCAM in my opinion, just as all those negative posters kept saying it would. They turned out to be right, and we were wrong.
