now your just getting on my nerves,

you know good and well why erhc got those percentages, they were the first on the scene, got the percentages, then went to court to protect them, and had the powers that be in on them to protect them every step of the way. offor came in for one thing only, sell and get paid. now tell me again what the company has done, not the partners, the company!!! protect its assets, why? to get paid.

anti-takeover provision, new bylaws--black out provision, feltang gets their gift, finally after waiting how many years? bod meetings in London, lots of filings being cleaned up. that is what i choose to pay attention to.

I elect Krombacher to run these new acquisitions we are going to run out and buy. your as good as they are I suppose.

Love, leona

<< It would simply be an interest in an already producing property.>>

And who would sell an intrest in an already producing property that we could make money on?

Just wondering "WHO" would sell such.

Great posts today, I agree 100%, and $50 million in Africa is like $300 million here, if not more. I look forward to ERHC announcing more offerings, to put all these silly conspiracy theories to rest.

Thousands of people own working interests in oil and gas wells with zero experience in the oil and gas business. The operator does everything. All you have to know how to do is pay your cash call when you get it and then cash your check when you get that. I know many individuals who invest as working interest owners and have done it myself. It's a no brainer. Of course the difficult part for someone with no experience in oil and gas is picking what to invest in, not running the operation after the fact. AMJ obviously has no clue how this works.

I'm glad they are moving away from the marginal property idea but have my doubts if they can find anything worth buying. Quite frankly I think they would have far more success trying to buy US properties than African properties.

I could find a small US operator looking for a few million to drill some wells in an already producing field in exchange for a working interest. I seriously doubt those type of opportunities exist in Africa. Management needs to wise up quick and shop in the right store. That ain't Africa.
