My understanding is that once adequate funds are raised, the Company will assess the best ways of utilizing those funds to achieve its diversification and revenue production objectives, which may or may not involve marginal fields.

AMJ, if ERHC can have interests in exploration properties in the JDZ and EEZ, why can't they also have interests in production properties? It would not require a bunch extra personnel nor would it be a merger with another company. It would simply be an interest in an already producing property.
