I tend to agree with you....If Walrath approved the POR without examiner's report and then the examiner's report came in with many huge discrepancies, it would make her look like an incompetent moron. Not gonna happen IMO.

Bluzie2, I agree with you COMPLETELY.....THJMW will not allow BR make a Joke out of her court anymore....So, either she will not approve POR, for now, or if she gets pushed any longer, she just might Disallow any more DS/POR due to BR's non credibility...Period.....IMHO

William's speculation was regarding the DS not the POR. The surprise (according to William) is that the DS (and Rosen's charm) will pass the minimum requirements and the judge will approve it. The POR comes 6 weeks (I think) after the DS, which is after the examiners report.
