The court will not approve the POR without the examiner's report. There is absolutely no way, despite the semtiments of those on this board that the court is weak. Simply put, the court must have sufficient information regarding Wamu's assets and liabilities to approve a POR. By cutting the examiner loose, the court has admitted that it has not gotten sufficient information in that regard. It then can't act without waiting for the examiner to report - if it did, it would be a slam-dunk to overturn.
