To hestheman: I have the utmost respect for you, however, in this instance, you're focusing on the Plan. October 22nd will not be about the Plan, but about the DS (only). Remember Rosen's reply to Venable's question back in April: "Yes, hand in glove". October 22 will only be about the "glove", no more. Just it's approval alone will send all classes tumbling.
