That is total nonsense. Nothing reconciles and the numbers are bogus. Anyone with even basic accounting knowledge should be able to see it. The numbers have been pulled out of their rear ends.

Their accounting is not even close to GAAP standards.

It's great to have known accountants say there is no issue here...

I think those kicking tires right now would do well to consider some of the free advise offered for what it truly is or at least consider the source... :-)
