I have looked at them and I also have an accounting background (CPA) and they are GAAP and just fine.



That is total nonsense. Nothing reconciles and the numbers are bogus. Anyone with even basic accounting knowledge should be able to see it. The numbers have been pulled out of their rear ends.

Their accounting is not even close to GAAP standards.
