I just do not know. However every time we expect the quarterly accounts to meet target, something always happens to bash us on the head. After the filing of the 8k i really expected to see some nice appreciation in the share value, yet we are going lower. The final date for a decision has been given, the 8k indicates that between now and then a decision can be rendered at any time. Yet no one is rushing in at we consider Give away prices.
