ams13sag, I am going crazy trying to figure it out. If the actions by NOK and the cool demeanor of IDCC means what all of us hope and believe. Than the the 8K should have us moving north of 20. They ARB Panel could drop the ruling on us anyday, as well as a settlement could happen between May 31 and now. If the price stagnates until the press hits and it is in IDCC's favor the price swing is going to be like a roller coaster.
ams13sag, I guess it could be just that people are in wait and jump mode and till than the manipulators are playing it like a fiddle. Any small buy interest should push the price up pretty decently (like it did yesterday). Leaks of something negative would have caused heavier volume (like the one that we saw in Feb/March of 2004...unexplainable weakness accompanied with large volume before earning). So, I would rule out negative leaks at this time. I hope KOP breaks the silence with a melodious tune. All in IMHO
