Can you help me understand the significance of this?

The way I read it, it means that investment market is so pitiful that MSFT looks "attractive" by offering a little bit of nothing for their bond sale.

Is my interpretation correct?

Typo correction in #msg-54720529: The YTM on MSFT’s 3-year bond is 0.93% (not 0.093%), which is the lowest rate in history on a 3-year corporate bond.
