I was looking at that and it didn't make sense. But thats a hell of a low rate. Wonder why MSFT is raising $$$ - I don;'t follow them closely but a few years ago their problem was having too much cash. I'm curious what they plan on using it for since the business as a whole is very cash flow positive, and a few years back they gave back $10's of billions to shareholders as a one time dividend (I dont recall the exact $ amount)
