NVS/MNTA/TEVA—Would you please point out which of the claims construction not relating to molecular weight has any significant bearing for the Copaxone litigation?

I haven’t done the analysis to ascertain which of the table entries in this document are still consequential in an eventual trial, but it would seem that some of them could be.

What is your own opinion on this?
