Would you please point out which of the claims construction not relating to molecular weight, has any significant bearing for the Cop. litigation?

I doubt that Sandoz will launch GC at risk, as Momenta won't be able
to share in punitive demage payments, were they to lose the trial.
Appreciate your help in this matter.
