The likelihood of agliyx patent's standing up under a court challenge is small I think.

The process has been around for a long time, unless they claim that the vacuum is a new technique.

JBII has a catalyst that is as far as we know unique. JBII also operates at lower temps than other pyrolysis systems. Whether the lower temp part of the process is patentable is an open question.

Agilyx has a demonstration plant in operation. JBII will have a production plant in operation shortly.

How much is Agilyx receiving for each bbl of it's "Crude oil"?

It is pyrolysis oil so it must have lots of nasty stuff in it since their process has to have all sorts of scrubbers and a permit to emit VOC's and HAP's.

Do you think they get as much as 45$ a bbl?

Is there proof of this? You can use the same arguments that are being used about JBI.

Agilyx has a patent protected, fully permitted, fully operating, income producing operation, and JBI doesn't.

Can you post any run tickets and who do they sell this stuff to as proof? Can we see the mixed, unwashed plastic go in and the fuel come out? Did you talk to anybody at the plant that is running 24/7? Where do they put all the plastic they use for snow days? How much does this unit cost?

Another difference between Agilyx and JBI:

The Agilyx process accepts all types of waste plastic, #1 through #7.

Agilyx has a patent protected, fully permitted, fully operating, income producing operation, and JBI doesn't.

Woo hoo, and Betamax had a patented, fully operating, income producing operation. DVD players have no hope!

LOL.....Agilyx is a joke. And there's no evidence that they have any income. In fact, I'd bet my kneecaps that the only income they have, if any, was selling a processor to the poor idiot that paid $5.6 million for that polluting inefficient garbage.

Nobody is going to buy a polluting inefficient $5.6 million monster that takes 14-28 employees once JBII's is around. You can get a fleet of processors that don't pollute for the same price and makes "synthetic crude-like product" for $42/barrel.

JBII is the redbox of the industry. Everybody else is, at best, the Blockbuster Video Megaplex that will never get anywhere.
