Dean's not going anywhere, this is his company QASP, you should know that. Is his TRUE dream of getting rich quick is coming true, hes asking shareholders of QASP for more money so he can continue to "fund"his operations and tell you there that much closer to financing from banks that will give them 300million...lol

I agree.

This time he crossed the line with the deceptive nature of how he announced a new CEO & CFO, only to revert back to his usual BS.

(No fluffy PR's or warm and fuzzy fireside CC's will fix the damage he has done, and the time and value that has been lost at this point.)

If reported to enough "soap boxes" the heat will eventually come, and furthermore we don't have anything to lose because he has already squandered most of it anyway.

Be it by way of the SEC, MSNBC, Blogs, Local Reporters, etc., someone would be interested in getting to the bottom of this story. The media loves this kind of stuff, and would run with it immediately if the facts point to "negligent corporate behavior".

Especially at this time when people are mad as hell about corporate greed and deception, preying on Main St. America.

at most, the commons 1.5 billion O/s represents 1/7th of the company....

and, you did the deep DD (and, I'm NOT breaking your chops).....so, you more than anyone should know we're dealing with a "few bucks"....QASP was all about POTENTIAL.....a potential which has not come to fruition....

point is: fighting for "our equity" or trying to get rid of Dean is an exercise in futility....

your equity stake is better served by trying to put together a smaller, yet, more realistic QASP.....one which makes some $$$$ and some profit....something within the bounds of reality and not some dream world life changing conglomerate BS.

Appreciate your "thoughts".

Not a doubt in my mind someone would, so now its down to "fight or flight" on both sides of the fence.

We don't desirve this crap, and it's about the moral obligation as well as the financal aspect for all involved here.

When push comes to shove, I believe we will be victorious.
