I agree.

This time he crossed the line with the deceptive nature of how he announced a new CEO & CFO, only to revert back to his usual BS.

(No fluffy PR's or warm and fuzzy fireside CC's will fix the damage he has done, and the time and value that has been lost at this point.)

If reported to enough "soap boxes" the heat will eventually come, and furthermore we don't have anything to lose because he has already squandered most of it anyway.

Be it by way of the SEC, MSNBC, Blogs, Local Reporters, etc., someone would be interested in getting to the bottom of this story. The media loves this kind of stuff, and would run with it immediately if the facts point to "negligent corporate behavior".

Especially at this time when people are mad as hell about corporate greed and deception, preying on Main St. America.
