at most, the commons 1.5 billion O/s represents 1/7th of the company....

and, you did the deep DD (and, I'm NOT breaking your chops).....so, you more than anyone should know we're dealing with a "few bucks"....QASP was all about POTENTIAL.....a potential which has not come to fruition....

point is: fighting for "our equity" or trying to get rid of Dean is an exercise in futility....

your equity stake is better served by trying to put together a smaller, yet, more realistic QASP.....one which makes some $$$$ and some profit....something within the bounds of reality and not some dream world life changing conglomerate BS.
