Matt seems to take that seriously, but my question is how do you justify the ownership % when you have not done anything to get your stockholders equity reflected in stock price. That is how I value my investment as to what it is worth to me dollars wise, not what potential it has.
There is nothing Matt can do to get the stock price to reflect its true value, except get off the OTC BB. We need analysts to track this stock, we need institutional investment. Until then, this will always trade as a typical penny stock. A good question to pose to Matt would be, does he have any intentions in the future to uplist to a reputable exchange to attract investment firms that will inevitably bring some stability to the PPS. Thoughts?
"I value my investment as to what it is worth to me dollars wise, not what potential it has"
What? This is a penny stock, Matt's hard work is what is changing the "potential" to the reality, right before your eyes. Just give it a fair amount of time, there are outside forces that he cannot rush.
The Potential is the name of the game. You won’t buy it once it has reached its potential. That’s a 1/1 ratio. Matt’s dilution of shares is how they survive until income out runs the expenses of start up.
Look, I don’t know anything about Matt personally. I just think as an investor you should have expected that your value would go down before it would go up. Short runs are the bastard step children of the pie in the sky investors. The vultures set and wait for your emotions to get the better of you and feed on you panic.
BAM! They got your shares on the fluctuation and you got a pie tin full of regret.
As I have said, I’m not convinced that CBAI can last until cash positive but it’s the best shot we got for now.
