That's not true. There are numerous OTC companies with nice hefty PPS's that reflect the value of the company.

sfraven1466, I would think his answer to that question would be "Of Course I Do." The question to that answer would be how with so many outstanding shares. Then of course the answer would be "I do not have plans for a R/S." That would or could be a truthful answer.
