That is interesting. It truly could be a ZCC. They have 87 cents in cash, virtually no debt on a $2.69 price and they made money last quarter. So, even on a purely value basis, it isn't THAT bad.

When you say three companies settled, does that mean they were listed in the lawsuit and then settled and were removed from the lawsuit?
