FORG could truly be a zip code changer.
FORG announced the date today for its patent infringement trial. There are 41 defendents, all big companies. 3 companies have already settled out of court for approx $100 mil, including Sony. These companies would have not settled if they thought that they had a chance to win. Seems that FORG has a patent on digital video compression used in of all things cell phones, digital cameras, etc. AEXCA had a similar thing happen to them and their stock went from 68 cents to $54 last year.
