I called my broker on Tdameritrade on Friday 13th,asking the same question that I see on their Streamer the transaction going like 1.001-1.009 but why I couldn't place order at 1.005? My broker tried manually but wasn't able to place it. He said"Our system is programmed like this that under 1.00 u can go 0.0000(up to 4 decimals but over a dolor only 2 decimals...but had no answer how in the world who is able to place order like that.....still wondering.....007
