re: "All along Mark told us he was going to work on finding a promo company who held MIKP's same values ... I am sure Mark has someone telling him when/what to do, and my guess is that whoever that is couldn't care less about the entertainment company...just the stock."
fwiw, I believe Kistler is the "someone telling him when/what to do." the shakerzzz pumps were paid by NOBS (Kistler's company), so Mark might not even have had a choice on those. Kistler might have just wanted to dump shares, paid shakerzzz, and then told Mark what he was doing.
Agreed on everything else. I do believe Mark sincerely wants to make films. But trusting his desire for success and trusting him with our money are completely different speculation equations. Thus far his track record doesn't inspire confidence. Adding an RS to the track record undermines any lingering trust. So it will be that much harder for Mark to maintain a decent post-RS price and thus raise capital efficiently.
Nutshell, after one RS, MIKP could evolve quickly into an annual dilute-then-RS mechanism, as with AGHD and other pure scammers. Sad, but possibly inevitable until Mark can actually get cameras rolling and present some content snipits that suggest potential financial success down the road.
