I know he wants to do an RS. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what Mark is doing here. The whole ADCS debacle and lack of answers regarding any questions about it, show a pretty clear LACK of direction or purpose.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he could raise this thing, but my initial gut feeling on him was pretty much right on the money.
I still believe Mark WANTS to be int he film/entertainment business. He has tried for years to do a film, and it has always been all hype and no delivery. He has never executed (certainly not successfully) on anything in the entertainment world though. Remember Bert Reynolds?
I think he saw MIKP as an opportunity to get his hands on the money needed to make a few of these things happen. However, his lack of focus never really gave this thing a chance. There were opportunities missed several times to do some good (IF entertainment is really the name of the game).
So now he is left with an RS as his only option to get his hands on MORE money. He took this straight to NO BID. Look at the chart since he took over. It speaks for itself.
All along Mark told us he was going to work on finding a promo company who held MIKP's same values and had long term interest. The promo company had to mirror the MIKP moral philosophy, and THAT is why it was taking so long. Then who did he make a deal with? Shakerzzz! hahaha 'Nuff said.
Shares for promo = bad news. 100% of the time.
I am sure Mark has someone telling him when/what to do, and my guess is that whoever that is couldn't care less about the entertainment company...just the stock.
