Uzi...heres the simple bottom line here. if our board can produce such a comprhensive i-box that we have, brimming over

with massive amounts of info.... and the board over the past nearly two years can evaluate WMI in the different manners that we have, showing huge value.... imagine what a couple of guys that know what they're doing is going to reveal?

the appointment of the examiner to this case was the single most important thing that has happened to us to this juncture.

truly, it matters little who it is. what is important is the reasoning behind it. and as peg has noted so perfectly:

UST just hit a Home Run for Shareholders of WAMU! This guy is exactly what we want and have been calling for. He is a stand-up ex-DOJ standout litigator and corporate ethics illustrator. We just got a Steven Susman (ethics, chargrin and charisma) type gentleman/bulldog/attorney as our examiner. Thank You Lord !!!

We could not have asked McMahon to do a "better job" for us. Now I can go on my vacation without having to worry or care that our interests will not be represented properly. Let the MM's manipulate the stock until next year, because with this kind of pressure if there was ever going to be a settlement, it would be happening before the examiner walked into Jamie and Sheila's offices.
