The examiner appointee is important. Our examiner has priviledged awareness of how corporations hide things. Our examiner knows just exactly what to expect and where to look for incriminating evidence. He's worked both sides of the fence.
That being said, with this heightened sense of awareness, he may also have the ability to look the other way without the good guys catching it. I trust Sussman. I think I trust THJMW and the UST McMahon. We'll have to wait and see about the examiner. We'll watch closely over the next few weeks, just like the FDIC and JPMC will. How tenacious will the examiner be? What trails will he follow? What will he find?
What choice do we have but to watch, voice our opinion, and trust that justice will be served? Pray for the best outcome.
