UST just hit a Home Run for Shareholders of WAMU! This guy is exactly what we want and have been calling for. He is a stand-up ex-DOJ standout litigator and corporate ethics illustrator. We just got a Steven Susman (ethics, chargrin and charisma) type gentleman/bulldog/attorney as our examiner. Thank You Lord !!!

We could not have asked McMahon to do a "better job" for us. Now I can go on my vacation without having to worry or care that our interests will not be represented properly. Let the MM's manipulate the stock until next year, because with this kind of pressure if there was ever going to be a settlement, it would be happening before the examiner walked into Jamie and Sheila's offices.
